How to restore my yahoo-emails

Hi!
I had linked my Yahoomail ID to Microsoft Outlook. Soon all mails of my
Yahoomail account got transferred to Outlook account leaving my yahoomail
account empty. Now can you please tell me the way by which i can restore all
my mails back to yahoo account
 
You will need to forward each one individually to your Yahoo! mail.
