How to *Restore* full-sized Screen, 17 inches.

Hi All:
When I opened the computer this morning, the screen of
the Window was shrunk with black-colored bars, about one
inch on both sides, right and left.

How am I able to *restore* full- sized screen without
black-colored bars on the left and right hands of the
screen?

BTW, the computer works perfectly OK. Just I can not
get 'full' sized-screen. My monitor is 17 inches, ...
but due to this problem, the monitor seems just 15
inches.

Along the bottom (usually) of your monitor are several adjustment buttons.
You can use them to expand the image.

Thanks GREATLY for your 'terrific' help.

Without your help, I must be just 'stuck' with this
problem. The 'Full-sized' monitor is truly important to
my eyes and emotion/feeling.
