How to restore a deleted user account

I accidentally deleted an account that I would like to be
able to restore on XP Pro. I have tried to use system
restore to restore my system back to a date where I had
this account, but it didn't show up for some reason, and
didn't give me back the deleted user account. Any ideas
as to how I can restore the account? Thanks for your

Hi Ryan,
System restore does not recover personal files or accounts that have been
deleted. An account that has been deleted cannot be recovered. Some of the
files that have been deleted may be recovered by some third-party utilities
like 'Restoration' (http://www.aumha.org/freeware.php#restore)

I believe youre out of luck with that one,expecially
with a user account.The best way to avoid that is to
use the file/transfer wizard in xp.It specifically
gives the option of switching computers along with a
user(s) files,favorits,etc..Running that once a month
would give you the option you seek.

Ohh, I see. Is there anyway to regain the internet
explorer favorites list I had on the other account?
