How to Reset User Accounts at Log-Off

I have a limmited account and my guest account on my computer that I want to
be reset every time they are loged-off. What I mean is that I want the
desktop and screensaver to go back to what they were and I want any saved or
dowloaded files and programs to be erased. I don't, however want my 2
asministrator accounts to reset everytime. How would I go about doing this.
My opperating system is Windows XP Home SP 2. Some body said something about
a mandatory profile... is this the answer and if so how do you create one?
PLEASE HELP!!
