How To Reset Default Home Page

Can someone tell me how to reset my Default Home Page in Internet Explorer?
It used to me MSN.com but I suspect it got changed by some kind of spyware
or something. It is now "res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213" I know that I
can change my Home Page to MSN.com using the Options menu and selecting "Use
Current" but that does not permanently change my Default Home Page and it
will change back to: "res://mshp.dll/index.html#10213" . This is very
annoying. I need to know how to permanently change my Default Home Page
back to MSN.com. Thanks for the help. Mac

I get a page cannot be displayed error while trying to
access this exe. Is there another way to get to this
executable.
