How to require log on to view page?

I am using FP2003 and would like to add a tenants only page to my site

The tenants would be required to login to access a section of the website which will include an email form for requesting maintenance

Is this function done through FP2003 or in some other fashion

Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions
