How to report bug to Microsoft?

My clients have been experiencing what I think is a bug in
Excel. I suspect that wrapping highly-formatted text will
suddenly cause row heights to grow, text in cells will
wrap randomly, sometimes at EVERY LETTER. Selecting all
rows and autofitting the row heights may fix this
temporarily but scroll up or down and it will just go back
to this unreadable mess.

Sometimes PrintPreview helps. Mostly, they've just
suffered with it.

Fortunately, my application exports all this data to Word
where it is printed so they've been tolerating this in
Excel. It occurred in Excel XP and in 2000. I'd be very
happy to provide sample files to Microsoft and see if they
can explain this bizarre formatting but I really don't
want to pay for a support call when its a bug in Excel.

Any ideas?

You can get to MS via it's web site:

http://support.microsoft.com/
(There's a link to contact microsoft)

When I clicked on it, I got this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=cntactms&style=home

(I'm not sure if you'd pay.)

But you may want to check to see if it happens on other PCs. It kind of sounds
like a video display problem--maybe a new driver would help or modifying a
setting?

Win98:
Windows start button|Settings|control panel|display applet
Settings Tab|Advanced Button|Performance Tab
and play with the hardware acceleration.
(a complete guess!)
