How to reply to many messages with a single click?

I need to manually select a certain (fairly large) number of received email
messages and reply to all of them with an identical response.
Auto responder is out of the question because I cannot set a rule that will
select the correct messages and these addresses are not in my address book.
Replying to each message individually takes an awful lot of time and since
this is a fairly standard task I'm looking for a way to automate it.
Is there a way to have Outlook 2003 automatically collate reply addresses
from all selected messages into the TO field of a single new message?

Many thanks!

You could make a rule and run it now.

For example, if you select each of the messages (ctrl click to select many,
then right click) and set their Category as XYZ, the rule could be run to
find all email in the XYZ category and then reply to them using a specific
template..
