How to Reply or Forward in a Group Mailbox. Able to send

I have given permissons for Send and put them in Delegates. Everyone is able
to Send new emails, but no one can Reply or Forward an existing email in the
Inbox. Even when I am directly in the mailbox, I can not Reply or Forward -
Get an error message of you do not have the permissions to send on behalf of
the mailbox.
 
If you dispay the From field and enter the mailbox name there, does it work?

I have the same issues it does not allow the employee's accessing a certain
mailbox rights to forward the email recieved within this mailbox, and the
exchange rights they have been given is all except associate external
account, any help would be apreciated by anyone... thanks......

Does that include the Send As right?
