How to replicate on XP tablet

Hello
I have a DB in access 2000 - I want to sync this db so 5 laptops (running Xp tablet - and office 2003) can update info - and add info to it
I will have a computer running Windows 2000 as server
I ahve no idea on how replication and splitting works
Can anyone help me
How can I do this over the internet too
