I have a large document that I want to convert to use fields.
For example, I want to replace all instances of COMPANY_NAME in the document
to be Field references of the form { COMPANY_NAME } where the curly-braces
are the special Word Field Delimiters. I've tried use ^19 and ^21 in the
replace dialog as suggested in the online help pages, but this did not work
for me.

Robert,

Enter the field code in your document, select it, then copy it to the
clipboard.

In the find what field type Company_Name

In the replace with field type ^c (which is the content of the
clipboard.

Replace all.
