How to repair Internet Explorer6.1...

Hi !
My Internet Explorer is damaged by some applications and can not visit the
web sites.
When I type any web address,It tries to find www.perfectnav.com and don't
catches the required web page.I think some prog has used my Registry and
made changes to the default settings.
Can anybody help me?
