How to Repair Damage .exe fire from w32.valla.2048 varus

My Window 2000 server was infect with w32.valla.2048
virus. After using Symantec Anti vious to fix it. I can't
open a lot of .exe file and I can't open the system
folder from control panel. How do I replace those file?
