How to Renew Certificate that was installed on the OWA site that was Published

I use HTTPS in publishing my OWA using Certificate Authority of Windows 2000
Domain. I am thinking if incase that the certificate expires, how can I
renew the certificate?

Renew the certificate on the web server itself.
Use the certificates mmc to export the new certificate and its private
key
Copy the exported file (usually a pfx file) to the isa server
Use the certificates mmc on each ISA server to import the certificate
to the local computer -> personal store
(you choose computer account when you add the certificates snap-in)

If you have an array of ISA servers you must install it on each server

Once this has been done, edit the web listener you use for the
publishing rule and select the new certificate.

YOu will only see it as an option if:

It is installed on each ISA server in the array
It is in the computer personal store
You have the private key for it

This assumes a https bridging not tunnelling scenario
