G'day everyone

I might have mentioned this previously, but our office recently got new

computers. The upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows XP came at a
price...
we had to *downgrade* from MS Exchange 97 to MS Outlook 2000. So
naturally some things just don't work the way they used to.

Here's one: in MS Exchange, you could rightclick a message in the
message list and select "Rename" to rename it (you change the subject
line, other words). In MS Outlook, no such option seems to exist (I
even tried the customisation options). You have to open the message,
click on the subject line, and there change it. Renaming hundreds of
e-mails (to facilitate archive searches) therefore takes much longer
with MS Outlook than it took with MS Exchange.

Any ideas how to get a "rename" option on the right-click?

Thanks!
Samuel (aka throw aka leuce aka voetleuce)

You've already found the only way to modify a message in Outlook.
