How to rename a picture?

I'm not able to change the name of a picture from the
default name to one of my choosing.

Does this have to be done in VB - which is ok - and what
is the syntax?

No, you just select the picture in the worksheet, then go to the top group
of menus to the Name box where the name should be displayed. Type your new
name there and hit enter.

Reselect the picture and make sure it took. Sometimes it can be finicky,
but persistence will pay off - so repeat if it didn't change.
