How to remove the words"Sent on behalf of" when we send email as .

Can we remove the word "Sent On Behalf Of" so the message recipients only see
the manager's name and not the delegate's name in the From box?
 
Yes, if the Exchange administrator grants the delegate Send As permission on
the manager's account.
 
In Active Directory, on the Security tab for the user's Properties dialog.

If you're using Exchange 2003 as you're mail server, you're using Active
Directory.
