I have XP as my operating system, but many softwares are
not compitable with XP. Thus,I was trying to reinstall my
2000 opertating system.However,after the installation,the
XP and 2000 are co-exist in my hardrive.I couldn't get
access to all my information in XP and I can't use 2000
properly either.I want to remove the XP but don't know how
to do it! I would be very appreciated if anyone can help.

Cheers!

you might try this - ie
go start/run - enter 'msconfig'/
go 'boot.ini tab'/
click - 'chk all boot paths'/
sys will prompt you
concerning any duplicate(s) entry
'would you like to remove it from the boot.ini file'
ans - yes
take it fr there

try formatting the entire drive. Do that by putting the
2000 disk in the cd drive and restarting, when it prompts
you to press the space bar to start from disk do so and
you'll see the way from there.
