how to remove the reviewing toolbar while opening Word in IE

How can i permanently remove the reviewing toolbar which comes up by default
when i open a word 2003 document in internet explorerv6.

Please help.

I would like to know how to remove the "REVIEWING TOOLBAR" which is present

No. You can keep closing it. Removing it long term requires use of a macro.
