Specifically, at a website, I have my user id and my password remembered by
IE to eliminate having to type them in all the time. This is working fine,
but there is another username in there (I accidentally typed it in) and I
want to get rid of it, without getting rid of all the others (which
resetting will do). How can I find and get rid of that one username?

Thanks.

Highlight the unwanted one and press the Delete key.

Huh...go figure.

Here I was searching my hard drive in all files (over 41000) for that name,
and searching the registry for it, and all I have to do is to do something
as simple as pressing the delete key. And it works.

Learn something new every day. Thanks a heap.
