How to remove 'read only' files and folders?????

I had an old version of frontpage but didnt like it so i
uninstalled it. The folder is still there and i am unable
to delete it. There are NO other files in this folder it is
just an empty folder. what should i do to get rid of it.

Right click choose the properties and unselect Read-only
Then delete it.
If other program uses this Folder you may have share problem. Close the
possiple program.
