How to remove partial installation

I have given up!

After many hours of trying to install Vista Beta 2 it is now time to move on
and admit the failure.

The installation was partially successfull meaning that the Vista boot
manager is in charge. It gives me an option to boot XP but that selection is
only available for a fraction of a second.
Does anyone know how to remove the boot manager?
So I can default boot XP again.

Thanks!

Boot from your XP CD and choose the option to repair using the recover
console. In the recovery console use the fixboot command to restore your XP
boot.

Tom,

Finally got around to try your recommendation and it works like a charm!

Thanks a lot.

I'm stuck in the same situation except I'm using Windows 2000. Is there a
way to get rid of the Vista boot manager so Windows 2000 will auto boot?
