How to remove Outlook header from printed emails?

I can't seem to figure out how to remove the standard header from a printed
email:

Last Name, First Name
_____________________________________________________________


I don't think this is done via the Outlook print styles.

you can change it here

TOOLS | EMAIL ACCOUNT | View or change existing Mail account | Choose your
Account you want to change | CHANGE
Than press the button more settings and in the preference tab change your
name there!
