How to remove My Calendars in Outlook 2007

Is there a way to remove My Calandars (and also My Contacts, Tasks ...) that
are not in use?
I have many PST files which only contain mail folders and I don't want
outlook to display the list of all calendar folders which exist in these PST
files.
Thanks.

Unless you created the calendar folders in those PSTs, used them as delivery
locations at one time, or they're archive PSTs and AutoArchive created the
calendar folders, there shouldn't be any calendar folders in them. In other
words, a clean PST that is not a delivery location will contain only the
Deleted Items folder when it is created. So, by default, those folders
shouldn't be there unless you put them there. I just tested this and even
when I create a new PST and specifically add a Tasks folder to it, that
folder won't show under My Tasks unless I right-click it and select the
option to show it. I can also remove it from the display by right-clicking
it in My Tasks and choosing the option to remove it.

The PSTs present on my computer were created by AutoArchive and thus contain
all default folders. However I tried creating a new data file and explicitly
created a tasks folder in it. This folder was automatically added to My Tasks
and there was no right-click->remove folder option.
I do remember that Outlook 2003 had such an option and it seems weird I
can't find it in Outlook 2007.
