You can remove MSN Messenger by simply by going to the Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs,
and removing MSN Messenger in there.
If you meant from the command line, you can remove MSN Messenger by clicking Start, then Run,
type:
msiexec.exe /x {ABEB838C-A1A7-4C5D-B7E1-8B4314600203}
and then click OK.
