How to remove movie maker

I do not need this program and want to clear it from my
system as it takes up space I could use (1 gig) I have
tried to remove it without success. Anyone got any ideas
on how?
 
Hi Gary,

The program Moviemaker is just a small file. it access routines in XP
that give it its functionality. You cannot remove those routines because XP
needs them for things like Media Player etc.
