How to remove Hotbar?

I have found Hotbar programs in my files and have tried
to remove them the conventional way with "Add and Remove
Programs", but when I click on the Hotbar files there is
no response. I run "Spybot" and it's able to remove most
of the files, but certain Hotbar files remain. Any
suggestions?

Please download and run Adaware from Lavasoft at
www.lavasoftusa.com and obtain all the latest updates and
then do a scan to try to find the files.
