I have a user who has a "offensive" file display during
the boot process. Once boot is complete their wallpaper
takes over. The offensive file is displayed for only a few
seconds. How can I get rid of it?

Thanks for any help.

Change the desktop to blank and then change it back to what you want for
desktop. That should fix it.
