How to remove/disable Macromedia Flash contents ?

My browser not want to display macromedia flash contents.
Is it any method to remove/disable them before broswer display ?

Macromedia provides programs and instructions on how to remove their
ActiveX component (Flash player). See:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/remove_player.htm

This was found simply by going to http://www.macromedia.com/ and using
their Search input box to look for "uninstall Flash".
