How to remove automated special colour of incoming emails?

Hi,

I obviously have added somewhere a special purple colour to one email
recipient in Outlook. Now, whenever I get email from her, the topic row
including sender is purple. How to make this look normal?

Change the settings for the view of the email folder: View | Current View |
Customize Current View | Automatic Formatting.
