How to reinstall Outlook Express 6 on XP Home

My computer is behaving erratically and am constantly getting Error 768_1 -
no help has been forthcoming from Microsoft unless I pay.

I would like to try to reinstall OE6 as the html urls in my messages are no
longer functioning.

Any help much appreciated
