how to reinstall backed favorites?

I kept my favorites backed upon a network hard drive using iomega software.
they're stored in a number of folders (corresponding to the folders I put
them into organize them). How do I direct Explorer to reload them? Thanks,

Copy the *contents* of the old Favorites folder to your current Favorites
folder. Check their Properties and make sure they are not Read Only.
