How to register XP Home?

Didn't have an internet connection when I started up my
new machine, so I didn't register. How do I do it now?

if you're not being prompted to activate (assuming that's what you meant)
then it's probably been pre-activated. Was XP preloaded when you bought the
PC?
 
To open the Windows XP "REGISTRATION WIZARD":

Go to Start > Run and type: REGWIZ /R , and hit enter.
