How to refer to latest row added?

I have a spreadsheet where I add a row each week.
Below that, I have a series of formulas where I analyze the data in the last
row added.

Is there some way to reference the last row (in the formulazation) without
having to physically change all the references?

Also:
If I have data in a cell which I want to highlight with a different coler -
depending upon the data - how can I change the color automatically?

one way (if no blanks cells are in between) to get the last filled cell
of column A:
=OFFSET($A$1, COUNTA($A:$A)-1,0)

For your second question use conditional format (goto
