how to reduce size of e-mail due to large pictures as attachment

E-mail too large to send. I want to send several pictures in 1 e-mail as
attachments. I have purposely left the pictures large (1 mb each) for
clarity. I could resize each picture defeating my purpose. Is there away to
compress the whole microsoft outlook e-mail?

Depends on your picture format. If they are jpg-files you cannot compress
anymore since jpg-files are already compressed files. Bmp-files usually can
be compressed quite a bit.

Either way; Outlook is not involved in this aside from the fact that you are
trying to send it through Outlook. You cannot squeeze a too large parcel
into a mailbox without breaking it. Either send smaller packages if possible
or find an alternate delivery service.
