how to recover folder structure in outlook

I recently had a hard drive crash. The forensic recovery folks retrieved my
files (at a high price), but I cannot recover the Outlook folder structure
prior to the crash. Subfolders of Contacts, Inbox, etc. do not appear, and
the contact items are lost.
Any suggestions?
 
If the recovery Co. was unable to recover your origonal *.pst file(s) they
are gone
If they did recover the pst you could try scanpst.exe on the file, and see
if it helps
