How to recover exchange from NT Back up

I am working with Outlook 2003 and I missed all the mails in the inbox, the
inbox was totally erased. How can I recover all the mails, I need to know how
to recover exchange from NT Back up. Thanks in advance
 
It would help to know what exactly you were doing. By Exchange, to you mean
an Exchange Server? If so, what version?
