How to recover deleted tasks from exchange

Hi. I create several tasks in my outlook 2003 and then I syncronize it with
my nokia n70 trough pc suite. but something happen and all tasks where
deleted.

how can I recover my deleted tasks??

drag them from the Deleted Items folder to the Tasks folder.
