I have deleted some wav files I no longer need, but I also inadvertanly
delete the "1a" folder with it. I went to the Recycle Bin, and I found it,
but I press "Empty Recycle Bin" instead of "Restore the item(s)." Now I can't
get it back.

What can I do to get that "1a" folder back?

Try this PC Inspector File Recovery. I have used it many times and it
works very well.

Once the recycle bin is emptied the drive space your files were stored
in is freely usable by Windows and it's applications again.

PCI FileRecovery is only able to recover those files that have not been
overwritten with new data yet. Some files you recover may be missing
fragments and not be usable anymore .

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards
