How to receve my Email Error 0x800CCC0F

I can't receve my mail due to this message error :
Votre serveur a mis fin à la connexion de manière inattendue. Les causes
possibles peuvent être des problèmes au niveau du serveur ou du réseau, ou
une trop longue période d'inactivité. Compte : 'IMAP.orange.fr', Serveur :
'IMAP.orange.fr', Protocole : POP3, Port : 110, Sécurisé (SSL) : Non, Erreur
de socket : 10053, Numéro d'erreur : 0x800CCC0F
How to solve it. Thank for a french language response.

I get the same message now that I downloaded a fix to the "not being able to
delete outgoing email" problem ... en english:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'pop.suddenlink.net', Server: 'pop.suddenlink.net',
Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Now if someone will just post an anwer . . . . .

Have you checked your account against the instructions?

They don't seem to have written instructions for Windows Mail
yet, so use their instructions for Outlook Express but under
Windows Mail instead.
