How to receive e-mail automatically without clicking send/receive

I am sending test email from my Microsoft Outlook to myself. The message
goes out, but I cannot receive it unles I click Send/Receive. How can I
change setting and receive e-mail message automatically?

In Outlook, go
tools > options >
select tab "mail setup"
& look at the second area down under that tab
