So I tried kill.exe from the reskit. I tried pskill.exe from
SysInternals. Neither of them cuts it when it comes to really killing
processes that are somehow borked or put the system in an unstable state.
What's your best tip's for a util that will kill anything regardless of
priority and state (like kill -9)? This one of the life-long enigmas of
my professional life, please tell me there's hope
