That French term is _two_ words, it means "never seen" in
the French language. Two words, NEVER one word, in French.
It is improper usage to capitalize just one of those words

"never seen" is proper, or even perhaps "Never Seen", if you
want to emphasis something, but NEVER the uneducated
alternates like "Never seen" - "never Seen" - or the
