How to quote the texts in a column?

I am new, please help.

eg. in column A, I have A1: money, A2: cash, I wanted them: A1
'money', A2: 'cash', how to do that? Thank
 
the single quotation mark tells excel that you are entering text so tr
using two single quotation marks before the word.
