how to put more than one envelope in 2007 word

i have vista and MSword 2007 trial. i typed some reports on 2007 and saved
them as 1997-2003.....i sent them via email, the recipient can open the
reports and print them, however, they cannot print the envelopes only the
first line of the addressed envelope comes up, how do i fix this?

Can you please go into a bit more detail on where these envelopes come from
/ how they are created? And what do you see on your machine?
