How to put a publisher file in the message of an email in outlook

I am trying to figure out how to have my news letter that I created in
Publisher inserted into the message or body of an email in outlook. I tried
to save it as a Word file, but of course it only inserts the text and not
images.I then want to mail merge that email with my database in access. Can
anyone help me with this. Thanks

You're asking in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for the database
application software Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing!

Scroll down the list of subject areas and repost your question in an
Outlook newsgroup. I suspect you'll need to send it as an attachement
but the Outlook gurus will be able to give you the straight scoop.
