How to Print Particular (complete) tasks using Outlook 2007

Hi:
I have several dozen tasks arranged by category and I'm using Outlook 2007.

Is there a way to get a printout of all the information I have entered into
a task? (When I have autopreview set I get only the first few lines of text.
Some of my tasks are several paragraphs long). Is there a way to get the
entire task list and associated notes to print out? It would also be nice to
be able to only print out certain categories. Any ideas? Thanks, Matt

play around with defining a new view and see if you can get it the way you
want.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Hi Judy:
Thanks for trying to help but maybe I'm just not getting it. I tried for at
least an hour playing with different formatting schemes, views, etc. When I
print a group of tasks, it will only print out the section of the notes that
is viewable when "auto-preview" is displayed. It only prints the first 3
lines of text in autopreview. I know I could print each task individually but
that is very slow, and wastes alot of paper (since each "memo" takes a whole
sheet of paper). Any other ideas I could try? I would think that this would
be a very basic ability of Outlook: I'm sure I'm not the only one who
sometimes needs to print out a task list that also includes notes. Matthew
