How to print notes without slide background

M

mb

I have used a jpg as my slide background but I don't want the background to
print with notes -- I want just what's on the slide to print in notes, no
background.
I have done this before but now it seems that all of my presentations have
backgrounds appearing mysteriously!
Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the .jpg was inserted as an image on the slide o rmaster slide.
It also sounds like you are printing to a b/w printer where the option for
Greyscale (vs. Color) is used to print only the content on the slide and not
the background. But this only works if the background image was inserted as
a background not an image. To insert as background:
Right-click (slide or master slide)
Select BACKGROUND
In drop-down menu choose FILL EFFECTS
Select the PICTURE tab
Click SELECT PICTURE button
Locate the background image
OK until done
