What are you trying to accomplish? You tell us what software you have, and
that you have tried "several things" but you never tell us what you want to
do here.

Just a WAG but it sounds like you are trying to print the results
of a query or a table. To print from Access you need to create a
report. If you only want certain data on the report you will need to
build a query with limits to get the data you want and then base the
report on that query.

Like the original title implies, the question may be how we can print a form
in its layout view or blank view with no data. One may need a blank form
and complete it in the field. Then he can enter the data using the same
form. Any ideas for this?

Alt+Print Screen, and paste into a graphics program. The PhotoEditor app
that was included in Office 97 worked well for this. It's a shame they
dropped it from Office 2003. But there are lots of third-party
'screen-grabber' apps available - 'Snaggit' is frequently recommended.
