I have "a small" probplem with this warning.

I create and update forms in Word 2007. How ever they should be used in
older Word version (shared by email and web amoung various users). How to
keep my forms alive?

If your forms must be saved in Word 97-2003 format, you'll have to use
the "legacy forms controls" instead of content controls, and protect
the documents for forms. The older format is simply unable to save
content controls.

The alternative (not necessarily a good one for a wide user base) is
to save only in Word 2007 format, and require all users to download
and install the Compatibility Pack
(http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466).

Thank You, I tired it straight away.
Now first form updated with "legacy form controls" is sent for testing in
Word 2002

Hope this works, much easier that ask/require hundreds of users (some very
beginners) to download anything.
